My name is Timothy Andrew Dunn. I was born and raised in Central and South America, and I am fluent in Spanish. I have lived in eight different countries on three continents, and I absolutely love the Upstate of South Carolina. I have lived in Tryon, NC for 24 years with my wife Molly. I am an Army Veteran and a member of the VFW. I held a Secret Security clearance while in the military. I have a Degree in Geology from UNCW. I am a certified PADI Rescue Diver and have visited many of the shipwrecks off our NC coast. I have over 45 years of kayaking experience (both in whitewater and flat water), and love to engage with people who love this sport. I am a people person, and I am very engaging.
I have indirect Real Estate experience as a Geologist, conducting environmental assessments for large commercial locations and factories. By ensuring that clients are not buying into any liabilities nor Trust fund issues. I have also worked on Superfund projects. I was a Regulator for the state of NC for all Underground Storage Tanks (UST’s), for leakage that affected property values. I was responsible for Trust Fund applications that covered remediation costs associated with environmental impacts.
I retired from a commercial Graphics Business that I owned in Landrum, SC for over 10 years. I shipped projects both domestically and internationally, including for Univison in Los Angeles, CA. I have a certified Import/Export license from the World Trade Center and have imported containers from Asia in support of my business.
Retirement is not for me; I grew bored very quickly because working is my passion! I love engaging with people and listening to their needs and wants. My business and regulatory background is essential in driving results in Real Estate. Market Strategy, Sales, Prospecting Clients, Negotiations, and Business Operations are just a few skills that I possess. Working is my passion, let me put my passion to work for you!
