I have 25 years of experience in selling and purchasing real estate in the Upstate of South Carolina, 24 of those years deal specifically with new construction.  Over 1,000 new homes builds from the soil up.  I am involved with all the aspects of the home build, from design, color selections to final inspection and closing on the new home.  I am constantly learning how to improve and streamline the process for all parties involved in the purchase or sale of a home.
